At a recent reception honoring reknowned expert fisherman and author Lefty Kreh we served up a unique, mouthwatering menu of hickory smoked Chesapeake Rockfish, Asian spiced/cherry smoked Smith Island Bluefish and an amazing peppered pork tenderloin. The food frenzy didn't stop there as we also served up award winning mini crab cakes, Blue Point Oysters on the  half and Jamaican jerked chicken skewers. Still hungry? Our guests were also treated to a carving station with hand carved beef tenderloin, honey glazed ham and assorted mini ciabatta. As Lefty "ate" his way through the crowd he was heard to comment "I'm not leaving, I wonder what's for breakfast!"
